The service was excellent at this resort. The kind, friendly and attentive staff made our stay memorable. The location was also very convenient with plenty of amenities available
Staff very nice and friendly. Help us with anything we needed. Didhier Serrano front desk staff very helpful and so polite. Jovani is another very helpful staff member very nice and polite also. They are the best and I would definitely stay at this resort again and I do recommend others to stay with them as well.
We had to upgrade to a balcony with Ocean view and it was gorgeous.
Food at this property is inadequate.
Not worth the extra $100 US per day.
Much better to eat at the local places down the street or Romantic zone.
Went in March '26. Picked this hotel in part because fo the advertised, "Best Breakfast Buffet", it was NOT. Probably one of the worse buffet I've been to in a while. No variety and no flavor.
Hotel itself was in good shape for it's age, but FYI, there ongoing very loud construction next door that starts around 7A so do NOT expect to sleep in. The hotel was empty given the recent issues but staff would NOT give room upgrade on request.
We had a mountain view room on a higher floor which mean we couldn't hear any street traffic.
The property is in a fantastic location next to several malls and movie theaters if you feel like going off the resort. The beach is in excellent condition and the pools are well maintained.
Only thing that I found disappointing was the condition of the gym. Lots of the cardio equipment was in need of repair and there wasn't a lot of weights to chose from.
This is not a super luxurious resort but is very good. Mostly seems to be a domestic clientele so the food is much more like “home cooking” than other resorts. We liked that. Staff were all really good. Nice village feel in the complex.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
We liked the clean room and view and the staff were friendly.
Room appeared not swept nor washed, room appeared tired and neglected, check-in staff was in no hurry. The spot is beautiful and near the marina and airport, but not a lot of authentic restaurants near.
This place was amazing! So close to the beach and had an amazing view if you chose the sea view room, the staff are all so kind and greet you every time they even walk by you! Will definitely be staying here again.
I stayed here Sunday&Monday night once I landed and had a great experience. The breakfast was awesome tons of options, Thanked the Chef before checkout on Monday. Then booked my last night for Friday night because it’s close to the airport and Juan was awesome plus Barbra helped me Saturday afternoon before my flight back to Canada at 6:30pm. Very family friendly resort, location is great, staff helpful, friendly and fun. I’m so glad they spoke English making it easy to communicate and hardly had to use my translator! Definitely recommend for anyone, there’s lots of options for things to do close by. Very happy with my stay here because it’s my first time in Puerto Vallarta.
Very pleasant surprise. We checked in at night at the special Expedia desk. Had great service and were even given an ocean front room. We booked 1 night but were so happy to find this hotel for a decent rate that we extended for 2 more nights. Nothing fancy no frills and didn’t get the food package but were happy with the service, accommodation, beach access with pool and location in PV. Thank you
Staff was lovely, clean room, easy check-in.
Only limited parking on pavement/bricks. The rest is gravel. Terrible on luggage wheels.
Massive entry and drive they could easily have a luggage drop off as you have to check-in and get a parking pass #.
I’m 80 and had to drag my luggage through the parking lot. Not so fun.

Disliked: Staff & service
Room ok service at front desk rude and not attentive we asked for a bag to put some trash the man was rude and left me standing I thought he was looking for something but he just turn his back on me while I was talking.
Same thing at the towels stand the lady was ok then a boy came and was rude and look at me mad saying o can’t have 2 towels I said I need one to lay on the sand and another to wear and dry myself he got mad me asking and said only one I can use for everything and left me there turn to do something else, no wonder price is good and clean but I’ll think twice to go back and telling all my friends about the experience. Got to mention that Edgar the bellboy was so nice, attentive, good and we left our luggage ready and went to town, when we come back we’re seating at the lobby he was moving our suitcases behind the front desk we let him b and found out he was leaving and was making sure our stuff was safe u til we get there .
Amenities in the room were more than expected. Bathroom is very nice and spacious. Ocean view was as expected. Nice to have a balcony to enjoy the sunset.

The food was gross, no champagne for breakfast. Our tv didn’t have a remote, our phone didn’t have a ring tone. This was probably the worst resort we’ve ever stayed at. On the plus side, the beach was wonderful, we made great friends, and we saw whales everyday
The hotel has a great location, which is honestly its strongest point. It’s close to many restaurants, bars, and attractions, most of which are within walking distance or a short 15–20 minute Uber ride. That made getting around very convenient.
However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt old and worn out, and the overall condition of the room seemed neglected. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—honestly felt as hard as a wrestling ring board—which made it difficult to rest properly. The bedding also felt outdated and rough, adding to the lack of comfort.
There were also some practical inconveniences. There was no safe in the room, which is something I usually expect. Even more frustrating, the air conditioning control was located behind the refrigerator, so you actually had to move the fridge just to adjust the temperature—definitely not ideal.
It looks like the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is a positive sign, but there is still a lot of work to be done—especially in the rooms. As it stands, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again until significant improvements are made.

The ocean front room offered whale watching , perfect sunset viewing and watching the waves crash into the shore. The pools could use some repair because many tiles are missing, filter covers on the pool floor are missing and could cause someone to get hurt, and the tiles were so dirty that when we leaned against them my bathing suit top was blackened from the filth. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent and there were days where we didn’t get any housekeeping at all. The location of the hotel is in a great location because it is safe, clean and close to grocery stores, malls, restaurants, the marina, the airport and only a cheap uber to downtown. We did all inclusive for only 3 days out of the 10 days we stayed and did not enjoy the food. Breakfast was the same as lunch and dinner. We ate out at local restaurants instead.
