Newly remodeled apartment, and in an excellent location within Puerto Vallarta.

It is a completely independent space, located on the second floor. Ideal to rest and get to know the port in peace, it is located near self-service stores, shopping centers, supermarkets and two of the main avenues of Puerto Vallarta. Only two blocks away from Versalles.

Access to public transportation to and from downtown, boardwalk or airport is just a few steps away.

The apartment is quite cozy and comfortable. The decoration, accompanied by the natural light that enters through its multiple windows, creates an enviable and unique atmosphere.

Thanks to its large windows, it has very good natural ventilation, which is a very important factor in a city like Puerto Vallarta.

It consists of three bedrooms, two of them equipped with A/C and the third one with ceiling fan.

In the living room it has a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Samsung TV Plus and open TV channels.

It is completely independent, with autonomous entrance and exit, so guests will enjoy a private and quiet space at all times.

Located just a few steps away from 'Versalles' and 'Gaviotas' neighborhoods, the property has a great value due to its location, since it is possible to find all kinds of shops, restaurants and self-service stores in the area.

It provides quick and simple access to and from the main points of Puerto Vallarta such as boardwalk (downtown), hotel zone, the airport and the bus station. Access to public transport is at street level.

The nearest beach is located 1 mile away, or a 5-minute car trip.

The boardwalk (downtown), for its part, is located at a distance of 1.8 miles, or an 8-minute trip by car.

The Airport and the bus station are both located at a distance of approximately 4.3 miles, and a 13 to 15 minute trip will be enough to get to and from them.

In addition to public transport, in the area it is possible to find taxis and transport apps such as Uber.

For everyone's safety, the property has CCTV at certain strategic points outside of it. The layout of the cameras will be displayed upon arrival at the accommodation.

Fit the Bill

After Air Canada cancelled their Tuesday flights we needed a place to stay Monday. Apartment was perfect size for the 2 sets of adults and two kids. Had to follow up for check in and wifi details but Carlos was receptive on WhatsApp.
