I gave an overall 2 star. Here's why - there were pros and cons with this property.
The Pros
The property is in a great location. Right on the beach, open the sliding glass doors and walk right on the beach. The property is very clean, although a bit out dated, could use some fresh paint inside. Appliances worked great, refrigerator kept items very cold. There were umbrellas , chairs, grill (bring charcoal or pick up from local convenience store, which is close) .
The Con
There is a separate bedroom with full bathroom. This room was completely unusable. The smell in the room was like sewage and mold, you could not breath in the room. This was very unfortunate as we had another couple with us for a few days and they had to sleep in the room with the bunk beds. We did advise management and someone came and sprayed the room, which did nothing to solve the smell issue. So we paid for a three bedroom and not all three rooms were usable.
So if you have three couples going, be aware of the outside bedroom smells extremely bad.
