Guest Access:

We use self check-in. We send you a personal access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, avoiding any wait, as we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message throughout your stay for anything you may need. Free private parking is available on the premises with security.

Getting Around:

While Arenika offers a secluded escape, you stay well-connected. Taxis and local buses are readily available for exploring Puerto Morelos and Cancun.



Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Free parking is available on the premises for guests with rental cars. The ADO bus terminal in Cancun connects to other destinations across the Yucatan Peninsula.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's regulations.



The condominium is fumigated periodically as a preventive measure; however, due to the humid climate and local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, please do not leave food uncovered outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity refills during your stay are available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C (70F), as this can affect its operation.



Important:

- Replacement for a lost key, card, wristband, parking card, or towel costs USD 20 each.

- For each rule not complied with, the condominium or neighborhood committee may charge up to USD 200 in penalties, or terminate the stay for misconduct.

- Bookings of 7 nights or more include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess consumption is charged at 5 MXN per extra kWh (with responsible use, this is rarely exceeded).

- You have full privacy in the property; only in emergencies (floods, leaks, fire) would we need access, with prior notice.
