「Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,」

「Friendly respectful staff」

「The only problem is that they have to respect」

「Excellent service, beautiful suite, great location,」

「Our room was unbearably hot. Imposible to sleep. Front desk’s response was that the city was unusually warm. Restaurant was very uneven, could be rated a 1 or a 5 depending on the day or meal.」

「It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada .」

「Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits.」
