The staff was very kind, the breakfast was really good, and the hotel was lovely. There were blackouts happening throughout the city but luckily the hotel had a backup generator.

We stayed there one night as we were headed to the airport in the morning. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would stay there again. And the breakfast was fabulous!

En general son muy bonitas instalaciones el desayuno excelente y el personal del comedor muy amable y eficiente. Lo malo que para que te asignen las habitaciones que tienen ventana hacia un lado del edificio debías pagar usd 35 por noche (una locura) segun ellos porque tenían balcón como si fuera con vista al mar, las toallas rotas, papel higiénico escaso y lo mismo el Jabón de tocador. Se debe mejorar porque el precio es alto por lo que no se puede cometer este tipo de errores. Nota: no me permitr subir imágenes para demostrar lo dicho

Todo el personal es muy atento.. esta en la parte de Cuenca Moderno caminando esta a unos 15min del centro historico.. el anfitrion del restaurante es muy gentil Habitaciones limpias con todo lo necesario
