「We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. 「We stayed in "The Poet's" room on the first floor looking the street. Large, clean and comfortable room with antique furnitures. Extra-bet is good. There is also laundry service. All staff are really polite, friendly, helpful. We would stay here again.
