Great week in Chatham

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The hosts answered questions quickly and were very helpful. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Perfect stay!!!

We have rented many houses all over the Cape and this by far was the best!! The house was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there was a great amount of space. The neighborhood and walk to the beach was lovely. I highly recommend this house!

Perfect Writer's Retreat

The "Little Treasure" lived up to its name. The space was cozy. There was a desk in the living room that created a way to write. Located in the West End, it was quiet, yet convenient. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, freestanding condo, tiny-house type unit. Its own parking spot, beachy interior, with living room, dining table, kitchen big enough to cook breakfast, with everything needed. High-quality mattress and pillows, and even a balcony upstairs off the bedroom. Restaurants nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk. Convenient and beautiful place.

Great first time trip to the Cape

Great location. Hosts very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the beach and a short distance to downtown, restaurants and grocery shopping. Plenty of room for our family of 5

Great time away

Property was as listed.. beach is close by!! Finished basement with toys was excellent for grandkids!! Back deck and yard was plenty to have fun in! Will definitely return!!

Another great summer!

My family had another great stay at this property! The kids enjoyed playing in the front yard and we all loved the easy beach access. The house was clean and stocked with all necessities - especially for feeding little kids! Great neighborhood with lots of kids and friendly faces - we can’t wait to return again!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home! Clean and well equipped with all necessary essentials. Had more than enough room for 7 adults and 2 children. Neighborhood was very nice and we all enjoyed walking and riding our bikes to the beach! Highly recommend this beautiful home for vacation!

Great House & Location

We loved our vacation at this property. The house has a lot of open space, which was perfect for our family gathering. The finished basement is a fantastic spot for the kids to hang out if they wanted to watch a movie etc. The location is a short walk / bike ride to the beach. My kids loved the character of the beach and the inlet river area. It's super easy to get in some bike rides on the nearby bike trail and around the chatham shoreline. All and all it is a great place to stay in a classic Cape town.

THE PERFECT HOLIDAY HOUSE

Everything about this property was lovely from the hosts, the house, the beach, the location and the weather! It was our first time at this house but it will not be our last. John and Alexia are very thoughtful and kind and made us feel at home right away. They provide everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It’s so quiet and peaceful and you can walk to the beach. I’d call it a slice of heaven on earth! ❤️

Always a great time in Ptown! Provincetown is a special place. My wife and I had a great time in town and in this unit. This unit is in a great location- close to everything. It’s nicely decorated and clean. There is ample space on the lower level, but it was cramped on the second floor. The deck off the bedroom is a nice touch. The water pressure all around was very good and a dedicated parking space was great. However, we did not appreciate that there was no AC on the second floor. They had a fan set up on the first floor pointing up stairs and one on the second floor. They also make you pay for extras such as bath towels.

Great family vacation rental

Besides being very clean, everyone was very happy with their bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable. In the past it seemed someone in our family would have to settle for a bedroom that was small or not situated the best. This one all three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was very big and open. The owners were very prompt in answering questions. We will definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful Beach Retreat

We love to return to this area every few years, and always choose this lovely Chatham home as our retreat. The location is great - just a few blocks from a family-friendly town beach, not to mention fun shops and eateries like Marion's Pie Shop and the old school house ice cream place. The house itself is always in great shape, and we love that we don't have to bring a bunch of extra beach items as the house is already fully-equipped. The kitchen has all of the utensils etc you'd need, just add groceries. Communication with the owners is always easy and great, and the check-in/check-out process is straightforward. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Great Ridgevale Beach location

The house was perfect for our family vacation to the Cape. The house was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout of the house was great and had enough space for our family of 5. The large basement that went out to the side yard was great for kids. The best part for us though was the convenient location to Ridgevale beach. My kids ages 8-12 were able to ride their bikes down to the beach every day (~3 min bike ride) and I walked down the wagon with the beach stuff (~10 min walk). The convenient location allowed us to go back and forth from the beach to the house. Chatham is also a convenient location on the cape to be able to get to different towns on the cape to visit friends. We also took a ferry from Harwich (~5 min away) to Nantucket for the day. All in all, it was a great week. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful too. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Nice and Bright

We loved the location of this space, and the light was wonderful—sunshine could come in from many angles. A slightly later checkout time would have been appreciated, but we would surely come back.

Great family time in Chatham

Great place to stay for weekend getaway

This property was perfect for my group of friends wanting a getaway from the city. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. Fantastic house and very spacious

Our family had a wonderful time in Chatham! The house was very clean and spacious for a family of 6. Each upstairs bedroom had a walk-in closet and the kids beach toys were a nice touch. We plan to come back and stay again :)
