"The place was very nice and in a great central location and very convenient. Took a moment for me to discover that there were Murphy beds. I suggest you put a little sign or instructions. Place was very clean, well decorated and well equipped for cooking and a longer stay than mine. Wished it had parking, but public parking was pretty nearby. I had my bike and locked it there. Overall too brief but a nice stay."

"We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...

"Loved the pool area! Room was clean!"

"If you need an affordable and extremely convenient place to stay in Provincetown, the Lotus is a great option! The positives: What I didn't realize when booking it, is that it's less than a block from where the Boston ferry docks and drops you off, and that it's essentially geographically right in the middle of the town's "east" and "west" sections. And it's right on Commerical Street, where all the walking, shopping, eating, and action is happening. I opted for a room with the shared bathroom, and there was only one instance where one particular guest was taking WAY too long to finish his "business" and I had to grin and bear it until he was done. Now having said that: I stayed right at the "end of the season" in mid-September. So that shared bathroom might be more of an issue if you're booking during PTown's peak season. The negatives: Guest check-in strictly at 4:00pm seems which seems a little absurd for such a small guesthouse? Even 2:00pm would be more normal. Especially when strict check OUT is at 11:00am. IMO this is something Lotus needs to rethink. Also, the pod coffee maker was not working while I was there and their wifi connection for the TV was really wonky leaves a lot to be desired (it was mostly fine for my laptop and phone). So all told, if you want a clean, quaint, and decent space to stay while in PTown, Lotus is an excellent choice."

"Really nice hotel and a very good location, although a longer walk to Provencetown than I would have liked. Breakfast was very good and we did have a great view of the beach. The amenities were less than I expected, which may be because it was past summer. There is s real good restaurant righ next door that I recommend."

"great location, very clean, no elevator which could be a problem and parking is terrible. Our rooms' fire alarm chirped all night, we tried to turn off but no success. we did not call for help b/c we didnt want maintenance coming in the middle of the night. so not sure what would have happened had we called. did alert hotel staff in the morning."
