Take advantage of the last minute availability of this adorable condo! This cottage condo offers Cape Cod at its finest! Situated in the East End of Provincetown, enjoy tranquility and solitude while being afforded the ease of access to the shopping, dining, entertainment, and overall excitement of down town Provincetown. The boardwalk to your private association beach is accessible just feet from your private deck revealing the waters edge just 200' from this rental. The welcoming deck space provides privacy for relaxing with a beverage and a book and features a grill and a lovely outdoor shower. Imaging gazing off towards Cape Cod Bay, the Provincetown monument, and enjoying the fresh salty breeze as it rolls in off the water. 2 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee or save on the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights! Parking available for one car. (Parking is not assigned) BOOK NOW! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own. (pool opens for July and August and its use is subject to routine testing)

A tranquil quaint cottage with allow you to rejuvenate your soul and reset your mind

I spent my week biking and jogging. Playing basketball and writing my book. The cottage was great but it’s west Yarmouth where there are used syringes that are blatantly thrown out of cars traveling east and west on Rt 28.

Overall a nice time

Small but sweet spot to stay for a couple of nights. Not as clean as I would have hoped, given the additional fees beyond the nightly cost. The outdoor shower was a lovely addition, but it, the mini fridge, among other things had not been cleaned. We reached out via text with a couple of questions, and did not hear back in a timely manner. The location is great, but with so many options in town, I might try somewhere else next time.

Cozy comfortable space

The cottage was comfortable and nicely appointed. It definitely could have used more cooking utensils and kitchen supplies. Loved the outdoor shower.

Overall we really liked a lot about this place but would have appreciated more up-front clarity about the property. Location was close to the beach and town. We enjoyed the porch, grill and outdoor shower. The size was as pictured and fine for a couple for a weekend away. The listing did not specify that you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which was frustrating for us to find out from the e-mail days before our trip (and probably would have affected our booking had we known). Also there were two different versions of photos in the listing (we were unclear of what to expect in terms of coffee pot/hot water heater). There is just a Keurig (no coffee pot) and no coffee pods provided - so bring your own! The induction stove also did not work for us so with no coffee or breakfast we had a tough first morning. Checkout instructions told us to leave the place broom clean. At the rate we paid, the fact that there were no linens to wash since we had to bring our own, we felt the price was excessive. Under the bed was sandy so I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is for.

Celebrated our anniversary with an ocean breeze

My husband and I booked this tiny house to celebrate our 35th anniversary by the ocean. The interior was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen or grill to cook meals, but both seemed more than adequate. For the days we didn't want to do much, the outdoor/ porch seating was beautiful and (mostly) private, with umbrellas that make even the hottest of days very pleasant. The beach was a 5 minute stroll away, and the center of Provincetown was a short drive or shuttle ride ($2 per person) away. We wanted to getaway and be by the ocean; this little gem gave us both and more.

“Little Slice of Heaven” Indeed!!!

This Little Slice of Heaven cottage was the perfect spot for my daughter & I. We stayed 2 nights. It is absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. Great location, the beach is right there and it’s a quick Uber ride down to Commercial Street. Great communication from rental agent. Very pleased w/ everything!

Cozy Cottage Indeed!

Such an adorable property, small but not cramped at all. So cozy yet airy, it was the perfect spot to stay for a beautiful weekend in Provincetown. Great amount of storage for a weekend away. Loved the outdoor shower especially even though the water temperature was a little iffy. Recommending this property to all my friends :)
