「No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff.」

「The Lotus Inn is in a great location steps from the Pier on Commercial Street. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it should be noted there is no staff on site other than the cleaners. The cleanliness of the common areas and towels/linens could use an upgrade.」

「Elliot was an amazing host. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the minute we got there. Our breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect to commercial Street, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.」

「CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental...
