「The post and other reviews are accurate—cozy, but got all the basics you need. You can walk right onto the beach, 5-10 minute drive to downtown PTown, and easy communication with the host. Fab first time for us on the Cape and would book again!」

「We stayed for five nights and enjoyed our stay very much! Although small, the thoughtful use of space made the cottage very functional and perfect for our needs. It was stocked with everything we needed and was close to restaurants and shopping. Our host was very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.」

「Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working.」

「Loved the cottage, its contents, outdoor shower & deck space. Cleaners were there when we arrived 1/2 hour after the designationed checkin time. The owner arranged for a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. We were not able to use the pool due to maintenance & the beach near the cottage was a good distance to walk with cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc. We ended up driving to other beaches, which was fine. 「A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.」

「Just what you'd imagine for a cottage on the cape. Small, cozy, rustic, comfortable and quiet. Rated it down from 4stars to 3stars because they don't provide linens and towels. At this price point that should be standard. It's tough for a family of 6 road-tripping and packed to the gills to not have towels and linens.」

「This was a lovely well stocked house. We enjoyed the water views with our coffee in the morning out on the deck and from most every room in the house. You can’t find the house using GPS but the directions that were emailed from the property manager were good. We’ve been to the Cape many times but never stayed in Wellfleet before. It’s a cute town with some very good restaurants and the house is a short drive from Marconi beach. My adult children enjoyed putting together the jigsaw puzzles...

「This 2-bedroom cabin was a good option for a long weekend in Wellfleet with our 2 small children (5 and 2). The cabin was well equipped with what we needed for a short stay and was in a nice location along Route 6 to access restaurants, beaches and shops. We would stay here again.」

「Salt box is set up for 2-3 people max - lots of room for two. The area was quiet, beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was very clean and organized. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils, pans, etc. to make great seafood dinners on the porch! Local fish markets are GREAT. The Boathouse Fish market was THE BEST!
