「Clean and comfortable. I came for a comedy show at Pilgrim House, and I had a great time, the location cannot be beat! It’s right on Commercial Street, so you will hear the hustle and bustle from the street below, but what do you expect of a spot above a shop, next to a restaurant and across the street from a drag bar?! 「Lots of well designed public spaces to gather in both inside and outside. Good amenities. Liked the discount tickets for the restaurant across the street with great breakfast choices. Coffee services on premises was convenient. Bed linens and towels were quality. Only complaint was mattress was uncomfortably saggy in the middle.」

「The room we had was nice, it was spacious and had a kitchenette with everything you would need to prepare meals. The mattresses were uncomfortable, very thin and the box spring was dirty. The lampshades need to be replaced, they looked old and dirty.」

「CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled.
