「Room and view were truly lovely. Loved the Continental breakfast option. Would have liked a safe in the room and maybe a little coffee maker but it certainly won't keep us away.」

「If you are looking for bare bones or camping out with a roof over your head - this could work. Cons: no AC, bed and pillows, tiny bathroom, hair dryer sad. Bring your own ground coffee! Needs an update -but that’s part of its charm. Pros: 15 mins to P-Town, stunning views, excellent staff, and a 60’s /50’s motel vibe. Kids and family friendly. Booked for one night then returned to 2026.」

「This is a 10/10 property!! Paul and the staff were so kind. We decided to stay an extra day and it was no issue. The grounds are gorgeous - sit outside with your morning coffee. The sauna and hot tub were a lovely surprise. A super quick walk to the fun but nice and quiet at night. And the cherry on top is Far Land right next door 😍😍. Already planning a trip back!」

「The Good: The location. The people that work there. The not good: This whole place needs an overhaul. Carpets on the stairs are extremely worn and so dirty I didn’t ant to touch the handrails. The sticky nightstand furniture needs to be wiped down. The bathroom tub shower combo needs an overhaul and there were water stains on the ceiling above the shower head looking like a leak from the bathroom in the room above ours. 「We really enjoyed our stay at The Waterford. We had a balcony room up on the third floor, nice view of the boats out in the ocean. The property was very pretty and the attached restaurant was really good, and the service from the bartender was great! Definitely would stay here again!」

「We were greeted and checked in by Allison who thoroughly welcomed us and explained their generous amenities. The room was cute and sweet, but was having a plumbing issue (sink in the room) that the guest house was at the mercy of a plumber to attend to. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be fixed in the short time we were there. It was helpful to have on site parking during our stay and breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed the communal space, despite a guest taking business calls throughout breakfast....
