The main floor features a spacious hall with living room, kitchen with designer cabinets, granite countertop, and stainless steel appliances, open plan living and dining area and a large screened porch.
The upper level features two bedrooms En-suite baths with Kohler fixtures and faucets as well as a laundry closet with washer/dryer. The master suite also includes a balcony.

This townhouse was equipped with everything you would need for your vacation! It was spacious enough for our family of 4. We slept great, we were close to everything and it felt very private and safe. Would definitely stay here again!!

We chose this villa because of it's affordability and even more because of it's location near Turtle Cove Marina and, in our opinion, the best snorkeling on the island. We were NOT disappointed! The villa is spacious and comfortable. A/C works great, unit is well stocked with beach supplies and starter supplies of household items (toilettries, paper products). Manager responded immediately to all communication. Singular complaint is the grout in the master bath - def needs replacement. Thank you for providing the perfect home.base for our 2nd stay in paradise!

We stayed for the week of Feb 7-14 in this 2 bedroom townhouse. Overall we (3 ladies) were happy with the accomodations; clean, lots of room so that not tripping over each other, kitchen well stocked,etc. The grounds and the pool were nice but could have benefited from more time and attention. The unit itself needed small repairs that didn’t affect the stay but were annoying, like one of the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and 1 tub drained so slowly that by the end of a shower you were standing in inches of water. Getting access to the unit required a physical key and needing to meet with Suba(sp?) at the unit. There was only 1 key and so for 3 adults with different schedules, coordination was required. Also the front door didn’t latch unless the dead bolt was used, again needing to coordinate for the 1 key. The Beach was a short and easy 6-10min walk away, and chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided by the unit. Several casual restaurants are in easy walking distance, and for finer dining there were some great places in Grace Bay.Snorkeling at Smith Reef is walking distance,directly off shore, and a delight. Our biggest disappointment was with our inability to extend our stay. Our return flight got cancelled, so staying 1 more night would have been perfect. On the VRBO site the day was available but was impossible to book even with the help of the "host" who's actually an employee, not the owner, and doesnt have access to the calendar.

Close to Beach - Kids Loved Pool, Too

Great, spacious townhouse for our family of four. Each bedroom on the second floor has its own bathroom. The washer and dryer were on the second floor as well - super convenient!There were some pool floats to use and a grill. The beach chairs were backpack style and easy to carry to the beach.The beach was a fairly short walk down a sandy path, and there were great reefs for snorkeling right off the beach.We rented a Jeep from Island Life Jeeps, and parking was right in front of the unit.The AC went out while we were there, and the owner got someone there to fix it even though it was after hours. It’s also a short walk to some great restaurants in the Turtle Cove area.Highly recommend and would stay again!

I may have missed it when booking but I thought there was a hot tub. There is but it is now a tree planter. There was mold in the master shower. Found some TileX mold remover in units storage and cleaned it my self. Couldn’t get fan lights to work in bedrooms. AC unit works well but is not balanced. Master freezes while twin room gets hot. Could use upgraded pots and pans. All else good. Good central location Ang great restaurant across street. Will consider returning because great value for price.

Great place to stay on a budget in paradise

Perfect property for a family. Check-in process was easy. Communication was fast. Condo is in a great location with several restaurants in walking distance, as well as the beach. Highly recommend a rental car to get around the island, almost a must. The best snorkeling was located nearby at Smith’s reef, even though we could walk, we drove with easy free parking because all of the snorkel gear. Graceway grocery store is a short drive away. The house was stocked with many basics like spices, coffee filters, soap, sponge, paper products, shampoos, etc..

Wonderful week!

My husband and I loved our first visit to Providenciales. The location of this house was perfect. It was an easy drive to all parts of the island, and the many beautiful beaches. Additionally, there was a great beach just a short walk away. For dinners, there are 5 fun restaurants also within walking distance (and a yummy gelato place). The property itself is a bit dated, but we had everything we needed (lots of great beach things!) to have a great stay. Thank you!

Girls Vacation getaway

Had an amazing time staying at this villa with two friends and two teenage girls. All the amenities are as described and the villa was very clean and fully stocked. The kitchen was perfect and the supermarket is very close by so you can stock up and bring things to the beach. Car is definitely needed if you want to explore the island. Although the local restaurants were very good and we ate there 3 of the nights. Sabu was very accommodating. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend!!.

It was a very nice house and tons of space . We loved that there was a marina right behind the property and walk to the beach was 7 min walk . We especially loved e great care and attention the crew gave to my family ! They were lovely to communicate with! Will come again.

Snorkel Get away

The property was just as described five minute, walk to an amazing, beautiful private beach with better snorkeling than the catamaran cruise We took to the big reef.! Beach is large enough to walk a long distance and right at the entrance is a small spot with shade! Will definitely come back again!!!

Nice, centrally located, good value for area

The unit at Villa April is just as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable (great beds and bedding). The property is centrally located for easy travel by car around the island. Quality restaurants in walking distance- Mangos, Baci, drinks on the deck at Sharkbites. A little more than 5 minute walk to quiet beach area down a public access path.The pool area of the condo complex is nice enough, but looked a little less taken care of than the rest of the property with random plastic loungers haphazardly strewn around the area. Those loungers are the only amenity in this area. Beautiful, lush foliage though. We had only one issue that was a real negative for us. The beach equipment was subpar and/or broken. Only one of three beach umbrellas was functional. The were three lawn chairs (not beach chairs to be clear, and thankfully we were a party of three as a fourth would have been out of luck) that were very rusty, and one ended up breaking while we were on the beach- luckily no one was hurt. The host was very quick to respond to these issues with two new beach chairs and another inexpensive umbrella. A small cooler was available for use, a larger one was available but needed a good cleaning. These issues were our only disappointment with this property.Overall, we recommend this property and its host. Good value for the area. Just make sure the beach gear is in good shape when you arrive.

Great Place and Great Hosts

We had a wonderful stay. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool at the apartment was nice. Everything was very clean. The hosts were so generous, they truly made it a 5 star experience.

Turks Family Trip

We had a great time, the place was nice and easily accessible to all beaches, restaurants. We rented a car and that helped us a ton. We had a nice time and would return. Just a suggestion, i would say a little TLC for the back area add some lighting, very dark at night but its a nice spot!

Turks & Caicos

The home was very easily accessible and close to everything. Beach was a walk but not bad at all, area was safe and across the street there was a little plaza with a spa for a massage. Mango Reef was fantastic and down the block. The beds in the one room were not as pictured in the pic it looks like a full bed but they are both twin beds. We made it work. The pool was clean and nice area in the back to sit by the canal as well. Great restaurants all on the island we had a car and got around great! The house had everything we needed and minor adjustments but that happens when people are in/out but Suba does a great job and would definitely stay again.

Great location, spacious and perfect for three or four people. A five-minute walk to a snorkeling beach and a tasty casual restaurant - Sharkbite Bar and Grill. Also a quick drive to snorkeling at The Bight and to the Grace Beach area and grocery stores. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfast and lunch, and enjoyed the large pool.

Clean and plenty of room for family of 4. It had nice pool access and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a little farther from the Grace Bay Area than I thought so we had to rely on taxis.

Perfect Stay Near Turtle Cove Marina

We checked out of Villa April a few days ago, and had a wonderful experience. The townhouse was exactly as described/pictured in the ad. With 2 br/2.5ba, it was a perfect property for our family of 4. The beach is truly walking distance, ~5 minute walk from the front door to a picturesque beach. Also walking distance is the marina and Mango Reef restaurant, where we had a really delicious meal (based on Andy's recommendation). The area around the townhouse felt very safe, even at night. We chartered a boat tour from the marina, even able to negotiatea small discount because they didn't need to pick us up at a hotel! The townhouse is well-appointed, with plenty of dishes, towels/bedding, basic toiletries, and basic beach/pool equipment. It's a short drive (~10min?) to Grace Bay area with plenty of public parking, and close to the IGA and GK Foods, allowing you to stock up on groceries; we ate most breakfasts & lunches at the townhouse. Save the map given at your rental car company so you can more easily find various beaches' public access points! I recommend renting a car, to take full advantage of the island's offerings. Andy & Suba were easy to communicate with, and were very welcoming. Andy brought over some wine (very appreciated, since no alcohol sales on the holiday!). The address doesn't show up on GPS. But, if you map to the marina it's very easy to find from there. We had a really fantastic time, and can't wait to return to TCI sometime in the near future!

Love this location

Very nice rental. I think just about everything in the unit was brand new from the grill to the furniture. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Very short walk to coffee shop and restaurants. Go to Sharkbites for the grouper and the cold draft.

Family Spring trip

Property was very clean, as advertised, and communication with the owner was easy (quick replies). Great trip, quiet evenings and lazy afternoons on the beach or at the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.
