Location, location, location! Stay at this recently renovated 1,650 sq. feet, 3 bed, 2 baths Caribbean house with a large private pool, close to the beach, in the prestigious Leeward gated community at the eastern tip of Providenciales island, in the beautiful Turks and Caicos.
The house is 450 meters /5 min. walk away from one of the best beaches in the world (Grace Bay beach consistently gets top ratings from Trip Advisor and the likes). We're located near the more secluded Sunset beach area, where greenery is predominant, with many super luxurious villas around.
It's an uninterrupted 7.5 mile stretch of fine Caribbean sand and turquoise water, protected by the barrier corral reef, and you can walk, jog or swim the full length of it. The island is known as one of the best places for kiteboarding, not to mention sailing, diving and snorkeling. You'll find world class resorts, restaurants 2 km further to west down the coast.
Our Leeward is a protected by private security, family-friendly and upscale community. Not far are the spectacular Blue Haven resort and marina, Big Blue Collective eco tours, excursions and plethora of water sports.
The house sits on a fenced and nicely landscaped 0.25 acres lot. The pool patio is adjacent to the front garden. The 5' deep salt-water pool is new. The yard and a screened patio back onto lush tropical vegetation, offering our guests a great deal of privacy. Every area of the house has cathedral ceilings. Common areas and bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops.
The living room has a wall-mounted 59" 4K TV. Another 4K TV is in the dining area.
Although trade winds tend to cool the house, every area is airconditioned and has a ceiling fan.
Not to mention other amenities: a reliable hi-speed internet by Digicell, a new washer/dryer combo and a water cooler.
Master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. There's also a pull-out sofa in the living room for an extra guest.
You may consider renting a car to explore this beautiful island. We have an agreement with a dependable local car rental business, who will deliver a car to our driveway and can offer you rates as low as US$50 a day.
Four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge.
