The Space:
Welcome to Villa Miah, a two-story private villa designed for laid-back island living. This home offers the perfect balance of indoor comfort and outdoor luxury, with a spacious backyard, private pool, and shaded patio for relaxing or entertaining.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and open living room with a large sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor area. An air mattress is available for extra sleeping space, perfect for children or additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a wine fridge, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dedicated dining area and workspace provide space to connect, work remotely, or plan daily adventures.
The bedrooms are spread out for privacy:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (can convert to a king), en-suite bathroom
Upstairs, the second living room offers additional lounging space with another sofa and TV, creating room for quiet reading or movie nights. Additional features include a half bath, in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, and private parking for two cars. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, BBQ under the stars, or sunbathe by the pool.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Miah is nestled in quiet Long Bay Hills, just minutes from the ocean. The area offers a laid-back vibe with nearby beaches, water sports, and scenic coastal paths. Enjoy local dining, beach bars, and shopping all within a short drive from the villa.
Getting Around:
The nearest airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS), about 10 miles away. Driving time varies from 15 to 25 minutes. Free private parking is available on-site. Taxis and car rentals are common.
Other Things to Note:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1000 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are allowed (pet friendly for one small dog under 10 lbs).
- There is no lifeguard, use the pool at your own risk.
- The smoke alarm is very sensitive, please keep the doors closed when using the grill.
- For extra guests, a maximum of 2 children and 2 adults can be accommodated. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request, but must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will meet you and walk you through the property but you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, and we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything - just send us a message!
