The Space:
This two-story private villa in Long Bay Hills sleeps up to six guests and delivers the best of both worlds: a quiet, secluded setting just ten minutes from Grace Bay's beaches, restaurants, and water sports. The standout? A sparkling private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a fire pit, and a BBQ—your own backyard resort designed for lazy mornings and long evenings under the stars.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms offer privacy and en-suite bathrooms, so no one's waiting for the shower.
- Bedroom 1: King bed with a luxurious en-suite featuring both a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite walk-in shower
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds that convert to a king, with en-suite bathroom
There's also a half bath on the main level and an air mattress available for kids or extra guests.

Living, Dining, and Kitchen
The ground floor opens onto a bright living room with a large sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the pool and patio. Upstairs, a second living area gives you space to spread out—perfect for movie nights or curling up with a book. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you need to cook at home, including a wine fridge to keep your bottles chilled. A dining table seats the group, and there's a dedicated workspace for anyone catching up on emails between beach days.

Outdoor Amenities
Step outside and you're in your own private oasis. The pool is the heart of it all, flanked by sun loungers and shaded patio seating. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, then gather around the fire pit as the sun sets. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. With private parking for two cars, you're all set to explore the island at your own pace.

Good To Know
Stay connected with fast WiFi throughout the villa. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your wardrobe whenever you need. Free parking on-site makes day trips a breeze. One small dog under 10 lbs is welcome to join your stay. A crib is available for $30 USD per day with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Villa Miah is nestled in quiet Long Bay Hills, just minutes from the ocean. The area offers a laid-back vibe with nearby beaches, water sports, and scenic coastal paths. Enjoy local dining, beach bars, and shopping all within a short drive from the villa.

Getting Around:
The nearest airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS), about 10 miles away. Driving time varies from 15 to 25 minutes. Free private parking is available on-site. Taxis and car rentals are common.

Other Things to Note:
- We can provide a crib for $30 USD per day, subject to availability. Please let us know if you'd like us to arrange one for your stay 24 hours before your arrival. There is no high chair available.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1000 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are allowed (pet friendly for one small dog under 10 lbs).
- There is no lifeguard, use the pool at your own risk.
- The smoke alarm is very sensitive, please keep the doors closed when using the grill.
- For extra guests, a maximum of 2 children and 2 adults can be accommodated. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request, but must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone will meet you and walk you through the property but you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, and we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything - just send us a message!
