The open-concept living space is bright and welcoming, featuring comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and wine glasses, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the ultimate island retreat with a private pool, sun loungers, and a terrace with outdoor seating. Gather for al fresco dining or relax with a drink as you soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The beach is just a short drive away, offering easy access to the sand and sea.

Check-in is in person, please confirm your arrival time in advance. Upon arrival at the villa, we will greet you, show you around the property, and provide wonderful insider tips and recommendations to ensure your stay is exceptional.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the sought-after Leeward Settlement, this villa is just minutes from some of Grace Bay Beach, considered "the" best beach. Explore Grace Bay Village, try watersports like snorkelling and paddleboarding, or enjoy fine dining and boutique shopping nearby. The area is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you need.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS), about 10 miles away. Drive time varies based on traffic. The villa has parking on-site. Taxis and rental cars are available, and many top attractions, beaches, and restaurants are just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.

Perfect Location!!!

Our stay was immaculate. Mr & Mrs Walkin were very responsive of any questions or concerns we had. They also gave great recommendations of things to do while on the island. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos.
