The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped modern kitchen is ready for everything from casual meals to gourmet creations.

Guest House Amenities
For additional privacy, the separate guest house includes a king bedroom, a private bathroom, and a self-contained living space. The full kitchen and screened-in living area, complete with a bar, make it an ideal spot for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the island breeze.

Outdoor Oasis
The property’s outdoor spaces are where true relaxation begins. The swimming pool and patio overlook the tranquil Alai Canal, providing a serene backdrop for sunbathing, dining, or simply unwinding. This was a beautiful location the view were amazing! Great location for large family gatherings with comfortable beds and plenty of space and amenities. The grounds are a botanical garden with a wide array of vibrant tropical flora and picturesque views of the canal and other luxurious homes.
