An island home with deeded access to Taylor Bay. Situated on 3/4 of an acre with mature tropical gardens that lite up at night for romantic evenings and star gazing. Just a short walk to a secluded Taylor Bay beach. Located in Sunset Bay Development right off Taylor Bay.

The accommodations are the main house with a private swimming pool and wrap around deck, all on the second floor. The villa has two bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen size beds. Each bedroom is air conditioned. The lookout room on the third floor has a full size bed with a window air conditioner. Has a ceiling fan and windows on two sides which provide a nice breeze. The well equipped kitchen and living area have views of Taylor Bay,

Casa de Isle has an easy 3-4 minute walk to Taylor Bay Beach and the Sunset Bay Tennis Courts.

Maximum occupancy: 5 persons.

The mature gardens encompass the 3/4 acre lot. In the evening all the tall palm trees that circle the house are wrapped with dusk to dawn lighting. The entire lot is filled with a variety of tropical plants making it a pleasurable botanical paradise.

Relax in the living area with pool view to the left and Taylor Bay to the right

Play tennis on Sunset Bay's private complimentary tennis courts or Pickle Ball with the portable net on the tennis courts..

Nightly private security for Ocean Point and Sunset Bay

Kayak in Taylor Bay with kayak furnished with villa. Not easy to take to beach but have a kart.

We live in the apartment below to the rear from Oct 1 to April 30. We value your privacy, do not come up unless asked. The pool is private to you. We are available to assist when asked.

All roads leading to the villa are paved.
