Welcome to your home away from home!

This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your group's time in Providence. The house includes 3 floors with 3 unique apartments, you will be able to use all the apartments for your entire group.

-3 Kitchen areas (one on each floor): Features a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.

-There are 10 bedrooms in the house with 10 beds in total that can accommodate up to 20 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding.

3 Full bathrooms with a shower.

WiFi: We have high-speed internet throughout the entire house.

- Parking: We provide 4 free off-street, as well as unlimited free street parking.

The guests have access to all the 3 floors of the house. The basement is not accessible for guests.

We don't live on the property but I am just a message away. We can help you with any doubt even till late at night.

Please note that the house is located near an active commuter rail line. During the day, you may see or hear the Amtrak trains pass by. During the evening and night, they don't typically run, so it shouldn't be a factor. However, if you're looking for a very quiet location, this may not be the best option due to the potential for rail or car sounds nearby.

- CHECK-IN -
Check-in is at 4:00pm.

- CHECK-OUT -
Guests must check-out by 11:00am on the departure day established in their reservation.

-PETS-
We welcome pets :), but check with us first for approval. A small fee may apply.

- SECURITY CAMERA -Please note that we have a security camera outside of the house by the front door for the safety of all guests.

- We accept up to 20 guests.

We were in town for a family wedding and the property suited us well. Plenty of room, the place was very clean and comfortable. It was awkwardly configured, though; it was not clear from the listing that it was 3 separate apartments. Also, it claimed to have a fully equipped kitchen, but there was no dishwasher and there were no dish towels, so it was a challenge keeping up with the cleaning--especially with a large group.

Bridal party getting ready

We had a wonderful stay here! My bridesmaids and I stayed here and did hair and makeup here for my wedding. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious… no complaints whatsoever!

The property was a perfect way to stay with friends yet still have privacy. The host was extremely responsive. I can’t say how anything in the immediate neighborhood was, we spent our time in other places. There is an Aldi very close. I personally had the air conditioner on in the evening and slept with no sound issues, but others did say it was a little loud in the evening with the train being across and cars racing. We all enjoyed our stay!

We visited Newport & spent Saturday night in providence. The house is really nice, but a little bit of a rough neighborhood. Very close to providence plane & the train station downtown.

Framily Reunion

The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep.

Pleasant Stay

This property was exactly as expected and great for a large group! We ended up doing a lot of walking as it was close enough to our destinations to do so. The property was clean and the owners were very responsive to any inquiries we had. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good experience.

Great stay for a great weekend

This place was ideal for a weekend gathering of friends. Lots of space and ample sleeping spaces made for a relaxing and fun-filled weekend. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Great apartment

Wonderful 3 apartment complex, stylish decor comfortable sleeping accommodations. Cute welcome snacks and wine upon arrival was a great touch! Unfortunately no central air throughout apartment so the main spaces were a bit hot/humid but each room was equipped with a window AC unit. We had an issue with one of the units and received a quick response and attention to the matter with replacement of the AC. Overall great stay and communication by the hosts The one downfall is the area surrounding the apartment is a bit “rough” and one night fireworks went off right outside our windows at 3:30 am. The surrounding area becomes much nicer just a few blocks away but it did take us by surprise when we arrived.

BEYOND AWESOME

Very impressive and unexpected of the accommodations. spaciousness of it all was just perfect for everyone. Kitchen all floors with more than all the kitchen amenities and bathrooms as well.
