"Klimaat in kamer goed. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aircondioning en verwarming aanwezig. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Wij komen hier 4x per jaar overnachten op onze reis naar en van Spanje. Dus goed slapen is voor ons erg belangrijk. Echter op 12 oktober ging vanaf 1 uur 's nachts 3x het brandalarm af in de kamer naast ons. Na de laatste keer was het nog lang onrustig in die kamer , waarschijnlijk van mensen die de storing wilden verhelpenen duurde het lang voordat wij weer konden slapen....

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

"Staff great, plenty of parking, rooms small and nobody ahd bothered to ensure that there was any soap in the shower or basin. If you service a room make sure you do the whole room, pay attention to basics. When I shower I expect soap, shampoo and a decent sized towel "

"Nice hotel, excessive heat in bedroom & no air-conditioning. So fans should be provided. Good restaurant. Departed at 7.30am on Sunday morning, breakfast not available before 8am. Would have been been nice to have tea, coffee and a croissant. Totally understand later breakfast on Sunday, but should offer something. "

"Arrivée après 22h30, j'ai utilisée l'ordinateur de l'entrée pour demander une chambre. J'ai répondu que j'étais seule, est ce parce qu'il n'y a pas de chambre seule qu' il m'a été répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible? Dans ce cas pourquoi le demander? Je me suis entêtée le parking étant presque vide. J'ai pu avoir une réservation en passant par l'application Hôtel.com. Cette réservation n'a pas été reconnu d'emblée. J'ai eu recours par deux fois à l'interphone et l'équipe en ligne....

"This was the perfect hotel for our stay near friends who recently moved to the area. The couple who run the hotel were terrific, helpful, personable, and efficient. We had dinner one evening at the hotel, and really enjoyed it. We especially appreciated the electric car charging point for our car. It worked seamlessly and the rate was very competitive using a credit card. "
