Klimaat in kamer goed. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aircondioning en verwarming aanwezig. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Wij komen hier 4x per jaar overnachten op onze reis naar en van Spanje. Dus goed slapen is voor ons erg belangrijk. Echter op 12 oktober ging vanaf 1 uur 's nachts 3x het brandalarm af in de kamer naast ons. Na de laatste keer was het nog lang onrustig in die kamer , waarschijnlijk van mensen die de storing wilden verhelpenen duurde het lang voordat wij weer konden slapen. Totaal niets van excuses de volgende ochtend, of een verklaring van wat er aan de hand was.

Chambre 8 à proscrire. Outre les voisins très bruyants 2 nuits de suite et une porte de séparation entre les 2 chambres laissant encore plus passer le bruit... La chambre se situe près d un appareil extérieur bruyant. Et surtout la nuit des bruits constants de tuyauterie. C'était ma quatrième venue et habituellement c'est mieux. Vidéo à l'appui

1 nuit . chambre propre, de volume très bien, climatisation, bonne literie, grand lit. Accueil agréable, personnels souriants. Petit déjeuner ok avec choix variés. Pas de restaurant a l'hotel, des plats surgelés peuvent être proposés mais plusieurs restaurants autour a quelques minutes a pied. petit bémol sur l’insonorisation interne, on entend bien les voisins mais pas les bruits de la rue

Déçu par la vétusté de la chambre

Chambre avec baignoire le tout vétuste un bon rafraîchissement dans la chambre et salle de bain serait bienvenu, surtout que le haĺl et le restaurant avec été rénové avec gout .

Il y a eu un imbroglio, suite à une erreur de ma part. Ma resa du jour même a été enregistré une semaine plus tard. Arrivant de ce fait avec une semaine d'avance, j’ai dû régler 2,5 x le montant initial. Impossible d’avoir un conseiller en ligne, j’ai laissé un long message sans suite… À quoi bon être gold ou silver de surcroît ? La digitalisation au détriment du service client !

très correct pour un campanile

séjour convenable dommage qu'il n'y as pas de proposition d'œufs à cuire ou cuits pas de jambon de volaille le matin. la responsable était un peu submergée quand aux repas le soir mais il y a d'autres restaurants autour ce qui est dommage car la proposition de produits avaient l'air sympa. chambre propre et literie confortable pour le prix total c'est très satisfaisant
