Ceiling light bulbs very harsh, cold and brilliant bright. Furniture looked recycled and room design features looked terrible. Zero ambience. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Room view was awful. 2nd wiliest hotel experience ever."

"They provided a pod coffee machine.. no plug where it was set had to put it in the bathroom. Ive stayed in cheaper places, but we had a working microwave n mini fridge. This had none. It's $20 extra . I got a busted micro n mini fridge missing the freezer door. The walls have no sound barrier so what they listened to you did too. Doors to room are faded n gross. No proper available outlets.. lights between beds are old school.. standing lamp is ugly. Like the cheap lamp at Walmart. Could hear ppl talking on both sides of our room. Arguing n high voices.. ugh"
