"This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."

"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. "No air conditioning in the bedroom. This is a deal breaker for me. The AC was in the living room (good), but having an AC in the bedroom is a must."

"It's a great location and they have a parking lot on the back side of the hotel for 20 BGN day. You can go in and out freely. The sheets and towels were clean. The mattress cover under the sheet was filled with hair. Yuck. Also the lounge chair was dirty and worn. Also yuck. They could also clean the carpets. Otherwise for a 3 star hotel, it's very good. "
