On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "The place was easy to find in a good locality- close to transport, restaurants etc. It was much smaller than we had expected & we had to call Yann when we arrived to ask about removing a bag of dirty linen & to find out how to get on the internet. Yann replied promptly & the issues were solved. A suggestion for the future - please check the toilet has been cleaned & perhaps move all the food out of the frig. "The location of the apartment is excellent in walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The apartment would have been rated higher but several things were disappointing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and no attempts made to fix it. The refrigerator had no freezer. There were no starter coffee pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge. All of these are correctable and would have made our stay more enjoyable."
