「Loved the view at the house on Demmon Lake. Cozy and cute!」

「We enjoyed our week at the Lake House. The ATV riders enjoyed the access to the trail and the fishing off the dock was fun. Great place for family fun. The house was well stocked with supplies and the hosts provided great communication and information. We were irritated with the amount of flies that were able to come inside and would recommend some window and door screen repairs to limit pests.」

「This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.」

「Very clean, comfortable beds, and furniture. We loved the surroundings. Beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. Host was most gracious. Family enjoyed are one night stay on out way to niagara Falls.」

「Great place with a great lakefront! Worked out perfectly.」

「The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches 」
