A lovely dog friendly place full of character

Had a wonderful stay with our beloved dog. Extremely dog friendly hotel with an amazing park as park of the complex. Rooms were nice and big, clean (although a curtain shower would be nice for the bathtub in the room). Breakfast and dinner was lovely and staff super friendly, definitely recommend as a stay just outside Prague.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply flawless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, with a romantic bath inside the room, offered stunning views to the church that made every morning feel magical. The Rooms are amazing and the Staff extremely friendly. The only bad point is that it was not easy to see which rooms had Bathtubs or Showers prior to booking. The City is easy to reach via Bus to Letnany and Metro. We had an amazing time and will surely come again!

Charming place to stop over

A nice and charming hotel outside the crowd city. Is well connected and reasonably close to the airport Would be nice option to stay. The restaurant has simple but good food. The rooms are not so quiet, maybe the walls are a bit thin. I will probably repeat next time.

Hint of old times, paired with modern comforts

Spectacular property, room design (albeit very small, even for European standards), excellent food, and wonderful staff. We were in the area for a funeral and with plans changing from one day to another, we regrettably needed to cancel a portion of the stay on a whim. They were able to refund the remainder of the cost and we walked away extremely happy, but sad that we couldn't experience more of their hospitality and great food. They have a beautiful, walkable garden, and a bike path goes right by the hotel, so you can go on a really long walk, or take a bike for a spin anytime. The property also features a stable, so you can see horses around all the time. They have a few historical exhibitions on view right in the church in the courtyard, which we didn't get to explore, but seemed very interesting. There's limited parking inside the property and some more spots outside the gate, but we didn't have a problem finding one in November, when we stayed there. There's a bus stop right in front of the gates, so if you're just going to Prague for a day trip, it might be the best way to get there. We'll definitely come back to this fairy tale anytime.

Great stay

Very friendly staff, a very warm welcome. Even the security guy was super friendly and opened the main gate in the early hours of the morning. The room is perfect - generous, spacious, and comfortable with a large bath. Highly recommend this hotel!

Angenehmer und entspannter Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurztrip im Pytloun Chateau Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen und der Service. Nachdem wir das Personal drauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir das Frühstück an unserem Abreisetag leider nicht mehr wahrnehmen können, haben wir super liebevoll und lecker zubereitete Lunch-Pakete bekommen. Das Hotel ist vom Stil sehr schön und liegt in einem wunderschönen Park gelegen. Natur und Entspannung kommen dabei nicht zu kurz. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und können kostenlos genutzt werden. Was uns durch die Beschreibung nicht ganz klar wurde war, dass wenn man ein Hotelzimmer mit Badewanne bucht keine extra Dusche vorhanden ist. Lediglich eine Regenbrause über der Badewanne. Dies erzeugt eine etwas unangenehme Luftfeuchte in den Räumen. Durch den Ventilator und eine Absaugung kann dies aber relativ schnell reguliert werden. Für uns war der Charme der großen Badewanne dennoch ein Plus-Punkt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder ein Besuch hier abstatten und können das kleine, niedliche Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Le personnel est absolument indigent que ce soit pour le restaurant le soir ou pour vous aider sur les arrivée tardive. Une vrai catastrophe qui gâche vraiment le séjour! Apprenez leur que c'est une métier de service donc d'attention aux clients... quelle déception!
