「I appreciate having a place to stay at the last minute. We came out to Ohio to visit family and though we were offered a place to stay with our loved ones, we wanted to be comfortable. 「Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay.」
