「Great, quiet location between Lancaster and Philly that fits a large family.」

「The property was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home but very well maintained. You are in closer quarters but the living space was comfortable for 5 adults. We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move. 」

「Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend...

「The house was clean, well-appointed, and fit our needs well. Other than the propane issue that was resolved fast, the management company could ensure better supplies of paper towels and cleaning supplies for longer stays. Overall a very good stay, thank you!」

「Our host was responsive and the home is conveniently located in walking distance of many restaurants in downtown Conshohocken, with easy access to King of Prussia and Chester County PA. It was helpful to have on-site parking and easy parking nearby. The home was a bit run down with old appliances - a few upgrades like a garbage disposal and new dishwasher would make this a more suitable stay for guests. To the host’s credit, they had a maintenance technician come promptly for the dishwasher. 」
