ABOUT:
It's a duplex and you have access to all first floor unit (front and back private entrances to your own living, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry). Second floor unit has one tenant. It's an older home not the best sound insulation between floors, so some everyday sounds may be heard. We want guests to be aware of this in advance, especially if they are light sleepers or prefer a particularly quiet environment.

One compact car space only but more street parking available on First Ave (see map picture).

LOCATION: Berwyn SEPTA train station (to center philly, Malvern, Thorndale etc.) right across your street. Enjoy a short distance to Devon Horse Show, Valley Forge National Park, King of Prussia, libraries and churches, bars and restaurants. Vibes+Comfort.

ENTRANCE:
With a car: You can unload luggage from driveway thru back door (storm door with papercut address), but please be mindful the narrow driveway may SCRATCH your car doors, particularly the curbs (painted yellow/white) towards garden.

Without a car: Front door on the left side when facing the house, you enter living room. Hardwood floors and handsome cabinetry.

THE ROOMS:
It also features a primary bedroom and full bath with sink vanity, window seat and linen closet. Roku TVs in the living room with big couch for 2 people. Outside it seamlessly connects to the property’s ample greenspace in backyard.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Lancaster ave (Rt 30), turn southbound to main ave when you see the giant mural of mid-town hall and it is ONE-WAY only. Small two levels grey color house on your left will be the one. You should only turn left when leaving the house. Might be some traffic jams weekdays 9~9:30am from school drop off, therefore you should try avoiding to leave driving in that period.
