「Very comfortable and eco-friendly Hotel. Excellent management.」

「The staff forgot sending a receipt to me. I requested their hotel group to provide the receipt by email. They initially replied "you should contact the hotel directry" without providing any contact details of the hotel. I'll never use the hotel in the future.」

「Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. 」

「The room was very comfortable and the location was great, right next to Vrijthof square and its many bars/restaurants. Very close to the other main squares of Maastricht as well. I was here for a meeting at the MECC, which was about a 30-minute walk away. I opted out of breakfast, so can't comment on that. Overall, I highly recommend this boutique hotel.」
