Exactly as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and newer decor. Close to Maastricht train station and an easy 10 min walk to the town historical center. Hôtel checkin is in the bar/restaurant on main floor and quite easy. Lot’s of restaurants, cafe and other retail close by.

The hotel and Maastricht area is charming, clean, feels like college environment. Have to pay $16.50/day for parking at the Q.

I struggled with the air conditioning and the shower, purely because I am quite hesitant with tech. Leaflets on their use would have been helpful but I know if I had asked for their help the staff would have been fantastic.

Room # 12 is extremely small

Attended an Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. Hotel location was excellent; close to rail station and MECC . Proximity to downtown Christmas market was excellent too . Hotel food was very good . Hotel room was extremely small with no room to even open a suitcase . No coffee machine or amenities in the room

Very pleasant stay, if only for one night. Short walk from train station. Staff was very helpful. Derek was particular friendly. Stored our bags in the room b4 check in. No elevator, so stairs to climb, hence they offered to bring bags up or down. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars, etc. Maastricht is beautiful and so worth the visit

Not a Bad Stay

This is basically a restaurant/bar with rooms upstairs. There is no formal “check-in” desk; you just belly up to the bar and check in. Room is basic. A little overpriced for such basic amenities, more like a pension than a hotel; no phone, no mini fridge, no complimentary coffee or tea or kettle in room (kettle upon asking and tea available at the bar). My particular room was very small for the size bed in it. A smaller bed would allow for at least a chair. No elevator if you have a lot of/or heavy luggage, but the staff will take bags to room (in between them serving customers at bar/restaurant. I am not saying this isn’t a nice place, it is clean and central to bus and train for day excursions. Good shopping, restaurants, bakeries, chocolate shops. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean. Daily cleaning service. Bed was comfortable. Was semi-quiet; on busy street and with the age of building, typical noises you would expect, but not unbearable. There is tv (not my thing so this was neither a positive or negative for me). Shower water pressure great! Plenty of towels. Soap/shampoo available as well as a hair dryer. If you want full hotel experience, this isn’t for you. If you want to pay hotel price for pension-level amenities, this place is for you.

This hotel is very good - centered in the middle of Maastricht and my room was just absolutely wonderful. The cleaning was good and the staff were nice. Unfortunately the first day I had to wait 50 minutes for breakfast but on the second day breakfast came right on time.

De prijs/kwaliteits verhouding is ver te zoeken, een klein gedeelte van de bar wordt gebruikt als receptie, er is geen lift in het hotel, wij hadden twee personen die slecht ter been waren, het ontbijt was ok, maar voor de prijs had ik wel iets uitgebreider verwacht. Prrsoneel was ok.
