「When you rent a single family luxury home you expect to be the only ones at the premises. At this house, there were people in the basement, accompanied by 3 and sometimes 4 cars in the driveway. Rather unimaginable. How is anyone going to feel comfortable under those conditions. We left our reservation early. You can’t VRBO a “luxury property “ like that and expect people to like it. Additionally, there were quite a few ants on the kitchen counter tops. It would appear the occupants in the...

「I found the property as described and entry/exit was smooth. In addition to that the host was very responsive to make the stay excellent for us. Thanks a lot」

「The property was as stated, the host had things set up nicely with extra kitchen supplies. The host was very communicative and helpful.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Great Falls Modern Escape. Only found dog poop in an upstairs closet. Noticed tiny ants especially in the kitchen. Everything else was great.」

「We were happy with this property. The basics were good: large comfy beds, decent showers, good living room and dining area, good a/c (much appreciated in the summer heat), big yard (with antlered deer!) and attached small playground, kitchen with adequate utensils/dishes/pots, quiet street and area. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Some of the “touches” needed work: very small kitchen, refrigerator was in the entry room and leaked water periodically, LR rug was stained, inadequate...

「Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed」

「Clean room. Quiet.」

「Great location, beds were super comfortable and host was fantastic.」

「This house was even better than the description! 12 of us stayed there and there was room galore. It was clean, modern and roomy. James, our host, was responsive and caring. We were truly blessed to have stayed there.」

「This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Washington, D.C. is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and do. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish you all the best!」

「All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.」

「The space was very clean, conveniently located, and just what we needed for our short visit.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully fully renovated 1800s carriage house. The property seamlessly blends historic charm with high-end modern luxury, and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The amenities provided were fantastic and made our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the location—it is an easy 2-minute walk to shopping and groceries, making it incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!」

「Arrival was simple enough…park in the back of the unit where the garage door was, walk around the front to electronically key in and open the garage door to unload. The place was clean and spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This is in the middle of a multi unit condo building which was relatively quiet and private. Omer was communicative and helpful.」

「It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!」

「This was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Arlington/DC area. Checking in/out was a breeze! Comfortable beds, great shower pressure! Our host was easy to reach and very responsive, we enjoyed our stay!」

「Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Great back yard. Will stay here again when back in the area.」

「Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. The creative decor in shades of blue and coral, and special attention to detail all around the home, namely the hand painted mural in the living room, treated us all to an exceptional patriotic, DC...

「From the moment I booked, the communication was amazing. Check in was so easy. The place was very clean and very cozy! The cookies on arrival with water was so sweet. The parking pass was an added bonus! I would recommend this place 100%!!!!! I ended up staying an extra night and the communication involved in the whole process was so speedy!」
