This spacious, family-friendly upstairs retreat offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a beautiful backyard with a children’s playground, and a stunning, inviting pool. Unwind on the screened-in porch or enjoy time together indoors and out. Bright, welcoming, and designed for comfort.

Please note: the basement apartment is occupied by a wonderful family. No issues to date.

In addition, the pool does not open until June 2026.

Before departing, we kindly ask that you complete the following to help us prepare the space for our next guests:
• Please turn off all lights and electronics, including the television and stove
• Ensure all appliances are powered off
• Set the thermostat to 70°F
• Place all used linens and towels neatly in the laundry room
• Dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins
• Load used dishes into the dishwasher or wash them prior to departure
• Close all windows and ensure the front door is locked securely

There’s no need to worry about deep cleaning—we’ll take care of the rest.
