Located in the Campanhã area, 8 minutes walk from Campanhã train station, this 1 bedroom apartment is part of a new building, with an outdoor parking space. Common areas include wide corridors and an elevator. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the rooms.
The T1 apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with closed cabinets to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet, wall hangers and bedside tables, as well as a small balcony.
The living room has a dining table and four chairs, a double sofa bed, storage furniture and TV, as well as a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, kitchen utensils and various crockery, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, among others.
In the entrance hall there is a closed closet with drying rack and clothes pegs, iron and ironing board. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The apartment has a private bathroom with Italian shower, hairdryer and hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.
All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.
Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in.
After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
