This charming 50 m² two-storey apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay.

As you enter the ground floor, the living area is thoughtfully designed and it features a comfortable sitting area, including a single couch bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The open-concept kitchen includes an electric hub, a microwave, a coffee maker and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is added for extra comfort.

Downstairs, the beautiful bedroom features a comfortable twin bed, plenty of storage spaces, and a private bathroom, which comes with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for a comfortable stay.

BE AWARE THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.

Nestled in the vibrant Bonfim neighbourhood, this property offers the perfect balance of local charm, convenience, and connectivity. Just a 5-minute walk from the Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, you’ll enjoy quick and easy access to the rest of Porto, including the city centre, Boavista, and the airport.

The area is rich in local cafés and restaurants such as Café Nova Era, Mesa 325, and the cozy Porto dos Gatos, all just steps away. You'll also find traditional Portuguese eateries like Adega do Praxista and Ruial Francesinhas within walking distance, perfect for tasting the city’s iconic cuisine.

For everyday essentials, major supermarkets like Lidl, Pingo Doce, and Continente Bom Dia are all nearby, along with bakeries, local grocers, and pharmacies.

Culture lovers will appreciate the proximity to Jardim de São Lázaro and the Municipal Library, while art and music enthusiasts can explore the creative spaces of Centro Cultural STOP. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
