LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent (for instance: Kw spent multiplied by the cost per Kw, approximately 0.24€/Kw).
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
Self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
