Our family of 5 plus my daughter and her hubby stayed here for 4 nights . The host is extremely helpful and always answered all my questions and EVEN made sure we had a Christmas tree.The house advertises as a five bedroom it is only four. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed and a single bed in each . The fourth bedroom had a couch that collapsed into a bed. The beds were fine , the fold out couches should not be considered a bed unless for maybe a child .There are huge holes in the walls from things that had been hung on the wall in the past. Huge chunks of paint missing in several areas. The carpet is torn and is dangerous as far as stepping on the nails in that spot. The basement shower had what looked like sewer backed up in it. There's a door that goes out to the backyard through the garage the space is completely filled with mold. My pregnant daughters couldn't even go around that area and the downstairs due to being a health hazard. We did not contact the host with these issues. We just did not use the basement at all . Due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve and I could see on VRBO. There was not another option for us to move into and we had all traveled from out of state to be together for the holiday.. The two upstairs bathrooms were fine no complaints. The kitchen was ok but the baking pans are not usable full of rust .The couches are not cozy and are very dirty on the arms . One of the dining chairs back is broken and pinched one of us . Thank you Tanya
