Modern & Sunny East End House.

  • This modern single-family home is just steps away from Portland`s Eastern Promenade with its glorious views of Casco Bay and the islands.
    Many of the city`s best restaurants, cafes, breweries & distilleries are all within a few blocks from the house.
    Park your car in the private parking spot, forget about it for a while, and enjoy the city!

    The main floor of the house features an open kitchen & living room floor plan which is a perfect spot for friends and family to gather.
    The living room leads out to a private deck area.
    The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds.
    The living room couch folds flat to transform into a comfy single bed. (See pics)
    Little ones are welcome! If you need a Pack n-Play or a highchair during your stay, please let me know and we will set them up for you.

    **Out of respect for our tenants & neighbors, no parties are allowed at the house.
    We welcome groups of up to 4 . Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.

    I`m happy to offer dining and excursion recommendations during your stay!

    There is ample on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house or a couple of doors down.
    Out of respect for our neighbors, absolutely no large gatherings or parties are allowed.

The property was very nice and clean, exactly as described. There was a little deck outside that was very enjoyable in the afternoon and evening. The area we stayed in was nice and Jennifer provided wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Large Townhouse in downtown Portland

Great location, large property, nice amenities, smooth check-in, honestly looked even nicer in person than in the description. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, well-appointed home with super accommodating host!

Really enjoyed our stay with our 2 young daughters. The apartment is well lit, in a great location at the peak of Munjoy Hill and it was so easy to communicate with our host it made the stay feel easy and exactly what we wanted!

Beautiful place that was close to everything we needed, great central location. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment living space and another set for bedrooms, we didn’t mind at all but something to consider with large luggage.

Even more amazing than the pictures!! Gorgeous decor, so much sunlight and insanely clean. This spot also has everything you could ever need from coffee pods to cozy robes! Amazing location… can walk to SO many restaurants, coffee spots and shops. Jennifer was also great and super helpful and responsive. Five stars!!!

Bright and sunny!

We enjoyed our time on Cumberland Ave. It was walking distance to fun bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfy. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Girls weekend

We just loved this place! Off street parking is a big plus!! We were able to sit out on the back deck all afternoon one day!! We walked all over the place. Great location!! We would stay here again.

Beautiful, great location

The place was beautiful and spotless. Spacious shower and bath. It and very confortable. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The off street parking was a huge bonus.

Perfect spot in Portland!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The home is close to lots of restaurants and shopping so there is no need to drive anywhere. Super clean and stylish decor. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jennifer!

Cozy and restful rental!

This property is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Spotless, cozy and organized, well appointed and beautifully designed. The lighting, linens and plants really elevate the place - and the beds are amazing. We loved that everything was labeled and clear and that the rental was well stocked with everything we needed for a quick winter getaway with family. we will definitely re-book this amazing place!

PERFECT!!!

We loved our stay here, I wish we could have stayed longer! The house was very clean, stylish, and incredibly thoughtfully put together. Walkable to the Eastern Promenade and lots of restaurants all over. We will be back!

Couldn't be happier - Great spot!

The house was just as cute as pictured, and the communication with our host was great - Jennifer was so responsive and welcoming! Great location, too! We were able to walk to the venue (PHOME) for a great show, and overall had an awesome weekend with our friends - great spot for a small group of friends! Thanks for the hospitality!
