We really enjoyed staying at this property. We only stayed one night, but it was quiet, private, really modern and clean. Perfect for what we needed! Zach, the host was very responsive when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this VRBO in Beaverton. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day out. It was incredibly convenient to get wherever we needed to go, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and major roads.The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, making the entire process smooth from booking to checkout. The house itself was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

Great spot! Clean and comfortable, everything we needed. Stayed with another couple while the guys coached at a baseball tournament in nearby Forest Grove, so it was convenient to be a little closer to Portland as well.

Fantastic Property

This property checked all the boxes for our needs. It was with 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. We would stay here again if we came back to the area. 5 out of 5 Stars is accurate.

Reasons for rating

The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the blanket was too heavy. The first morning, we woke up to 67 degrees. The heat pump was on al the time. Wish we could turn it on or off. It was especially cold getting out of the shower, with a vent sending cold air up my back.Th photos of the house and the bedroom were not the same, including the lack of 2 tables and lamps on either Side of the king size bed. There were only 2 butter knives.

Very cozy property in a convenient location. Owner was very friendly and responsive. All essentials were provided, house was clean upon arrival, all amenities were in good working order.

As Advertised, but housekeeping needs help

The photos are correct, pretty back yard, easy to use TV, and the beds are comfy with soft sheets.Unfortunately for our stay the floor around the counter was really sticky and the bathroom floor was quite dirty. There was unfinished laundry in the laundry room, no paper towels, napkins and only one full roll of toilet paper. (we looked all over for another roll - very inconvenient for a 2 bathroom house!) the soap and shampoos in the shower were empty. So, housekeeping was our main issue.

Great simple stay

This property was a breeze to access, the owner responded fairly quickly when asked for access details. The property has all the amenities described. The backyard is a nice space. The neighborhood was quiet, which was great!
