Newly renovated home in the heart of Vancouver Downtown. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is able to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, fast internet 800mbps+. Easy access to public transportation and to freeways. Within walking distance, you'll have access to coffee shops, restaurants and more.
We have smart tvs in the living room and a master bedroom. Central heating, portable ACs, full size appliances with a washer and dryer free to use. Fully fenced backyard.

It offers a covered carport and street parking in front of the house (no garage or any other storage space outside).

Note: it's a duplex and this unit is a downstairs unit. Upstairs unit is rented out separately. Entrance to upstairs is through the backyard with separate stairs to that unit.

Lovely home. Fantastic location in downtown Vancouver which allowed us to walk to restaurants and parks. Lana, the owner was extremely accommodating to any needs or issues we had. She even purchased us a BBQ. Would definitely recommend this property.

Good size unit, easy check in and good location for visiting Vancouver and especially the river front, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and breweries.Some of the furniture needs upgrading, in particular the mattresses and the dining chairs (which are stained and sagging). Extra cutlery and glasses are also required, there were 3 forks and 3 wine glasses which is insufficient for a 3 double bedroom unit.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect little house for our family of four. The location is fantastic and it’s an easy walk to downtown Vancouver and the riverfront. We especially enjoyed visiting the Vancouver Farmer’s Market on the weekends.

Family visit

We were looking for a place near downtown Vancouver that would be comfortable for 5 adult family members. This house met all our expectations. It was also close to restaurants, night life and the Saturday farmer’s market.

A comfortable, well supplied home in a great neighborhoos

We enjoyed the layout and roominess of this home. Kitchen supplies were adequate and seating very comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the property owner to questions and updates. The location is in a part of Vancouver we enjoy. Lots of good walking to downtown and river front amenitites. Thank you.
