Plenty of space for a large group in a quiet neighborhood close to shops. Communication with owners was timely, although we didn't have the access code until we arrived at the house and had to send a message.Unfortunately, the bedding was not clean and had to wash all the sheets and pillow cases, which revealed stained mattresses and pillows. No window covering on the patio door in the primary bedroom, which meant waking up with the sunrise. Ended up leaving a day early so we could get some sleep. This could be a gem of a rental with just a little refresh.

Business trip for three

This was the perfect solution for a five night business trip for three. The home is plenty spacious, so we each had our own space and saved us hundreds over the cheapest hotels, which would have not been nearly as comfortable or clean.

Gresham and Troutdale

Well located for exploring both Portland and the Columbia Gorge. House is large and comfortable. Would be nice to have a bench in the front hall to remove shoes, and small washcloths.

Great

Booked the place from August 10th , checked out August 14th. Place is beautiful except for a couple of minor issues. Plenty of rooms for my 8 guests who are all in their 70’s. Quite neighborhood. Place is secured.

Poorly maintained. Kitchen was dirty upon arrival however the host did send someone over to clean once notified. It should be noted that this house is a three-story with the main living area on the ground level and that all the bedrooms are either downstairs or upstairs. If you have someone who has limited mobility, this can be a problem. Prior reviews said that this had all the utensils you needed for cooking, but we found it to be not the case. Plenty of silverware and chopsticks, but limited on usable pans.
Home installation of stove top. Uneven and hard to cook on.
Appears that no one cleaned after the last guest cooked. Grease and food on the stove.
Oven was filthy
Sink was dirty and the worn out sponge was left for cleaning. Found the rest of the sponge in the garbage disposal. Bought cleaning supplies and left them hopefully for the next guest guest.
