"Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking Tremblant village and mountain views. Practically ski in/ ski out. Had a lovely outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Gym and spa and bar and restaurants. Minutes walk into Tremblant village with all its lovely shops and restaurants. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Our first time in Tremblant and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Room showed its age. Pull out sofa bed mattress was but a few inches thick; our 45lb child complained they could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress, so I can’t imagine an adult using it. Also, avoid rooms near the pool, which gets rather noisy until it closes at ~9pm and can be heard from inside the room. On the positive side, the location cannot be beat with walkout access to Tremblant’s village centre."

"Everything was great, only expected a patio. Not all the rooms have them. The lockers were amazing, parking was excellent. Accessed the lifts out the door and maybe 40 metres. Perfect!"

"Property is rundown. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with an upgrade from a double room to a two bedroom suite. Management staff didn’t try to help while IHG made a mistake. Cost us 300$ more than what was advertised, manager didn’t help. Overall very disappointing, we could have stayed across the street, on the sunny side. This is what we’ll do next time. Shame on you for trying to make me believe you have no control over the rates. This is bullcrap. Breakfast was good."

"Beautiful hotel, right in downtown Mont Tremblant. Staff is wonderful, and attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a large fireplace. You do not even feel like you are in a hotel, you feel like you are in a cottage in the woods."

"Johanne, the concierge was fantastic in recommending restaurants for us. Room was fantastic and comfortable, except the mattress did slide off the frame a lot"

"Encounters with staff were efficient and enjoyable. The location is perfect for access to the gondola and the pedestrian village. The dishwasher in the room was as in horrible condition, several functions were inoperable and it was incredibly noisy. We had a ground floor room and it had an ant problem even though it was winter. The hotel no longer provides a roll of paper towels and there was no can opener. Given that it is a full kitchen unit, more baking and serving dishes, like bowls and platters, are required. We had to bring too many things from home. "
