Inside, you'll find a modern and stylish space with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island with seating for 4, a beautifully designed living area, and a custom tile shower with glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen and full-sized washer/dryer combo provide all the comforts of home, while the spacious, covered balcony offers the perfect spot to soak in the ocean breeze and Gulf views.

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with a view, taking a sunset stroll along the shore, or enjoying fresh seafood at nearby restaurants, Grand Coral III is your perfect escape on Florida's stunning Gulf Coast.

It is time to rediscover this small, family-friendly community, nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City Beach offering breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and long, relaxing days on the pristine, uncrowded beaches.

Mexico Beach includes stores and restaurants that are less than a 5-minute drive. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique.

About 100 feet away from this coastal home, you will find yourself at the pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of sugar-white sand. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you will spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun.

When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles!

Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, laundry detergent and one fabric softener.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Boat Parking: Boat parking is allowed at this home.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Pet Friendly: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Amazing view!

Loved staying at Grand Coral 111 (upstairs unit) with an awesome view from inside living areas and huge porch! So bright and cheerfully decorated, very well stocked kitchen with all new items, open floor plan with large table plus extra seating at the kitchen island. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathroom was amazing with a huge walk in shower. The beach access was right across the street and we enjoyed watching the sunsets each night from the porch on the very comfortable rockers! Sunshine vacation rentals customer service was excellent. We realized there wasn't a blender and they brought one within 30 minutes! Super easy check in and check out too! Highly recommend using this rental company and this unit!
