Convenient to the stadium, but needs upgrades.

Well first, the interior of the home was very clean, with few exceptions. There is a step down into the livingroom which needs to be mentioned in the listing as it can be problematic and makes it difficult to get around if you have mobility issues. The kkitchen is

Great PSL rental

Anyone needing a place to stay in Port St. Lucie, you can't go wrong here. The rental was spotless, everything you need was there and its a good neighborhood. The pool and patio area was definitely the highlight, while we were there the pool maintenance people came as well as grounds maintenance so you see the owner takes good care of the facilities. Great place to rent and we would definitely rent again. We have rented VRBOs a number of times so we have a pretty good idea what to look for and expect. Nice but can be better!

Overall, the house is very nice and in a nice location. There are certain things that can be better paid attention to, for example, pool is not as clean as it should be. They also have a high chair, but it was very sticky and dirty. Grill that is there was also very very dirty from previous renters I assume, so we ended up buying our own. There were dirty sponges in the kitchen and only one extra garbage bag. Everything thing else was nice and clean- basically main areas, but those little things matter too, like clean pool, clean highchair if offering etc. I also got the check in requirements one hour before we were supposed to check out and I didn't see it, obviously busy cleaning up the space and making sure things are left in order- would be good if sent the night prior. Nice stay overall.

They have update the kitchen utensils there's old utensils, old bath and hand towels, they only provide one garbage bag, no blankets in the living room they have to update so many things in the house

Nice Place

The property was very clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was both bathrooms ran out of toilet paper on the last day and we couldn't find any more anywhere in the house.

Decent place

The property was nice and looked exactly like it was in the photos. However, there was lack of communication. I had asked for access instructions a day before check in and was told that i would get them prior to check in time. Next day at check in time, i still hadn't received any information. Messaged and called a few times and still no response. After being on the phone with VRBO for about 2 hours, host finally responded apologizing for not giving the code on time as they said they were in flight. During the stay, i had asked if there were more toilet paper and garbage bags as we were there for 5 days but there was no response to my question. Due to the lack of communication, i will probably not book this listing again in the future.
