This beachy house features a screened in pool, covered back patio, three bedrooms, a big fenced in back yard, a tangerine tree and much more.

The location makes it simple and quick to get anywhere in the Port St Lucie area and is only a few minutes away from both 95 and the FL Turnpike!

The space
This house is the perfect vacation getaway for South Florida. Guests will have unlimited access to the entire property and it’s amenities!

All three bedrooms are spaced apart from each other for added privacy. The Master and the second largest bedroom are fitted with King size beds. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen. There is a smart TV in every bedroom.

The Living Room is spacious and holds the fourth bed which is a Queen size pullout sofa. It also includes plenty of board games and a Smart TV ready to watch with the family.

Dining room is ready for your next family meal, and the kitchen has all the things you need to prepare it as well!

The kitchen overlooks the pool/patio areas and has a "Touch Sense" faucet. Turn on, and then touch anywhere on the faucet to start water flow.

Full laundry capabilities available as well as a garage that will soon be converted to a game room.

One bathroom is located in the Master Bedroom and the other being located on the other side of the house. Both have been updated in the last year!

Relax outside next to the screened in private pool without worry of bugs buzzing around or take a walk around the property and see if the Mulberry or Tangerine trees are ready to provide fruit!

The Pool does have Solar Heating. This provides heating to the pool and adds 5-10 degrees to the temperature. Disclosure: Works best on sunny days and will not be as significant as electric heat.

The backyard is completely fenced in and guests will have access to the entire property.
