「Inconsistent communication response. Question asked (3) times on what the additional fee was for exactly (how much for pets since it wasn't advertised. Addt'l for children?) - never answered. Terrible mold/mildew smell. Back door is tricky to lock. Bath door gets stuck. Bath vanity tilted out of the wall. Kitchen window has no shade. Every surface is hard to sit or sleep on. The dining chairs were the softest seat in the place. Ants everywhere. Big carpenter ants crawling on the walls and...

「We have stayed in this same unit before. Everything was what we expected but did not like the new coffee maker. You had to make it in your cup, not in a machine. The view was fantastic as always.」
