「At the front desk they had a posted policy about quiet time beginning at 10:00 PM. Despite that, the person in the next room had his TV on so loud that if felt as though he was in our room with us. This went on all night. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was in pain no matter which way I turned. Between these two things, I was unable to sleep last night.」

「Our very late check-in was greeted w/front desk associate announcing she had cancelled our prepaid 2-day room stay…because it was a 3rd party reservation, it was a whole ordeal. Initially, she was dismissive, on the verge of being rude. But after an hour worth of hassle, we finally got our room and she was able to “comp” the initial 1/2 day stay. Getting to bed at 5am was not how we wanted to begin our time there. Also, finding the previous guest’s leftover bar soap in the shower was GROSS. AND,...

「This was a nice hotel at one time. Not long ago. We stayed on a Friday night and there were only 10 cars in the parking lot. It’s my belief that this hotel needs an upgrade, but simply can’t afford it. It’s such a great location in Port Huron, close to all the wonderful amenities, this town offers, but… the room was dated, the bath mat was stained, the carpet was stained, and the staff was kind but definitely new and inexperienced with dealing with a public. There was a very heavy, musty smell...

「Rooms were lovely and fresh....newly remodeled . Issue with tiny ants in bathroom on floor Tea towel would have been nice Mats a doors due to snowy boots No sheets if you were to use couch Bedroom TV didn't work....wasn't connected Bed so compfy .Area safe and quiet Area 」

「立地は、カナダとの国境のすぐそばで、カナダへの旅行の中継地点としては最高。 設備は古め。ただ寝るだけの為の滞在だったのであまり気にならず。 朝食は最低限の品揃え。 スタッフの接客はとても良かった。 テキパキとして かつフレンドリーで良かった。」

「its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. I would stay there again.」

「The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. 」
