「I booked the place specifically for the hot tub, but the water temp was never able to get above body temp. Also, when interacting with the owner, most of the messages were AI. Professionally, I work in tech, but in renting a house for the weekend, I don't want to talk with an AI bot. I'd rather talk with a real person. 」

「The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. 」

「its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. I would stay there again.」
