Completion in 2006, air-conditioned living and usable space 200 square meters
• Electrically heated pool with massage jets and underwater lighting
• Large covered and insect-protected sun terrace, furnished with table, chairs, sun beds and grill
• Spacious living / dining area, only separated from the pool and the sun terrace by the sliding glass doors
• 3 double bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the pool
• 1 study room with Murphy bed, the office is equipped with a high-speed internet connection (ADSL), you can connect your laptop via the LAN cable
• 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer
• 2 rooms are equipped with LCD television, DVD and satellite programs, DVD and CD in the living room
• comfortable kitchen equipment with everything that goes with it:
 Dishes and cutlery for at least 6 people, coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer with icemaker, dishwasher
• Bed linen, beach sheets and towels for 6 people
